My name is Gladys Vonglahn, originally from Chile, a first-generation immigrant, the daughter of working parents, who decided to immigrate to the United States in search of the American dream in 2001. Once I arrived in the state of New Jersey, I realized that Americans are professionals and value quality of life. This means having free time for family or social life instead of spending a weekend cleaning their houses. The amount of time is very precious in the United States due to the busy life. Faced with this market needs, I decided to start my own business in order to manage a flexible work schedule and have a better income. I started this project from scratch with no money, no English, no previous experience in the field and adapting to a new culture but with a lot of vision called GLADYS' CLEANING SERVICE LLC. My vision is to offer a professional cleaning service experience in the residential and commercial area. 

After more than 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry, I am very proud to direct my business to the commercial area and start doing business with the government. It is a privilege to create job opportunities and inspire others through my story.
