Michelle Diaz has been helping the Hispanic community for the last 13 years by preparing taxes as an accountant, as well as giving advice in multiple situations related to the IRS. Since she was 21 years old she has been working in the preparation and review of taxes where her firm initiative has always been to help those who come to her looking for professional advice as an accountant for small business and individuals. She has always focused her professional career with the intention to build a company that provides support to the Latino community and at the same time creates jobs. While giving value to the Hispanic community so that they can feel well represented and secured to put their interests in someone trustworthy.
Michelle has grown in her profession gradually as an accountant and also as a volunteer to the community. From 2014 to 2016, she was a volunteer for the volunteer income tax assistance program, which helps low-income families and individuals to prepare and review their taxes; here is where she gained an understanding of the situations that many people go through and has made her a more humble person not only things as a professional but also as a human being. In 2018, she decided to be the mother of her little son, who in a short time she will direct to serve the Latino community and also to continue her legacy.
Prior to owning her business, she was a manager at a well-known tax preparation company in which she gained a lot of experience and education as a tax preparer; and also showed her to do the best for others. Having her business and her great team of employees has filled her with the best joys and this year has been one of the best for her.
Michelle is graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Management and Internacional Business and later graduated with a Jurist Doctorate from Widner University Commonwealth Law School.
